Hi! I am glad you came to visit me. I am on vacation in Edina Missouri, and decided to show you how to "let your hair down" (people get too serious) and have fun. This is my example.

First, get rid of all the itchies. They can get in the way of having fun.

Next you decide where you want to play.

Now you get some speed and go round in circles.

Ooo, that can make a person dizzy.

If you get bored, you can try this with me. Just come back and visit and we can spin together.

Now, remember to make sure you get plenty of rest and never, never drive sleepy.
